Barbara was HR director for 20 years in industrial and transport companies before becoming a coach. She works as a coach, consultant, trainer, mainly in the Grand Est region but also in Senegal.

Laura is Italian. She lives in Paris. She worked for 15 years in events as a project manager. After a transition, she is now project manager for the Big Bloom solidarity hackathons in France and Italy.

Absolutely! Big Bloom Academy is a Qualiopi certified training organization. At the end of the training you will have to respond to an evaluation and we will issue you with the Big Bloom Academy certification.

The introductory facilitation training lasts 3 hours: 1 hour of preparation (positioning questionnaire, readings) and 2 hours of training on Zoom.
Big Bloom Academy is Qualiopi certified, which opens the door to OPCO funding. There are a variety of funding methods available so that our courses are accessible to everyone. To find out which financing solutions are best for you, make an appointment with Elodie.
